If you are new to Lux Brumalis Aesthetics, please book in for a consultation.

Consultation charge is fully redeemable against any treatment and will be deducted from your treatment cost on treatment day if booked. If you are not medically suitable or decide not to book a treatment, then the consultation charge is the fee for the medical aesthetic consultation and assessment you have received.

A deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit will be taken off your treatment cost on the day of treatment. If the deposit is for the consultation this is the full charge of the consultation. Once this is paid you will receive a text and/or email confirmation of your appointment. Please make sure it has been approved and not rejected. If rejected you will not be charged. If you need to cancel or amend your appointment you can do this on the button at the bottom of the email confirmation. If you cancel online 48 hours before your appointment your deposit will be refunded or you can amend your appointment to another more suitable time or cancel if you need to and rebook a fresh new appointment at a later date. Failure to attend your appointment or failure to give 48 hours notice of non attendance, means you will lose your deposit and it will not be transferable to another appointment or refunded.

Following booking you will receive medical forms to complete before your appointment. They may go in your trash/junk/spam box and are called "Aesthetic Nurse Software". Please complete all the forms as soon as possible and at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Ensure that you follow all aftercare advice, dependent on your treatment, which is discussed at your consultation and supplied in written form pre and post treatment.
